I can't install new apps and can't properly manage Game Pass stuff until this issue is fixed.

I can still play Game Pass games installed if I can launch them from the Microsoft store, Windows search bar, or finding a list by other means. The real problems is that clicking the cursor on the GUI is unresponsive to anything. I can drag, minimize and expand the app, but I can't press "X" to close it. I had a cumulative update to Windows 10 a couple days ago which I don't think broke anything by itself, but SEEMINGLY this new GUI is broken on my system after the last Xbox App update I did on Friday March 11th.
